1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation message/email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided so you can track your shipment.
4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all major cities and regions. If your location is outside our regular delivery areas, additional time or charges may apply.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations. Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can assist you.
